Oliver Heissner is an
archetectural photographer from Germany. Born in 1966 he learnt his
trade at the Accademia di Belle Arti and later Bayerische Staatslehranstalt
für Photographie. Anne-Marie Melster says Heisnner's "pictures
indicate an economical reality, in which unemployment and loss of identity
count as much as the privation of corporate identity with a company
which still offered this option. At the same time these pictures seem
to be so artificial as if they would be virtual spaces."
