Biography
Tim Morris has over 20 years experience in the world of advertising
and editorial photography. His first real job was as a staff photographer
for the Atomic Energy Authority. The place where he developed his simplistic,
observational and somewhat irreverant style, seeing and capturing beauty
in the mundane.
He can now be found working internationally for the likes of Conde Nast,
Chiat Day, The Observer and The Independent.
His unique approach has won him many awards and plaudits both here
and internationally. He feels very fortunate to be doing something he
is very passionate about, something that still gives him the same buzz
as the day he first started.
Statement
"North Yorkshire has been my home - on and off - for the last 15
years. The largest county in England, a county of extreme contrasts
in both people and places. Yes - you can say this of most counties,
the difference lying in the history, the culture, the tradition and
moreover, the reputation of the Yorkshireman."
